We surveyed 80 of decision-makers from different countries and industries, mainly contact centers and technology companies and financial institutions.
We wanted to know more about their preferences during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our Top 3 key takeaways from the survey are;
1. 35% of companies are NOT affected or experiencing growth during the pandemic.
2. 70% are stating that they will be spending as much as last year or more on technology investments.
3. 44% are stating that they DO NOT have a strategy and they want to learn more about solutions to remedy the effects of the pandemic.
